Ideal for steam-inhalation to clear the airways. For an aroma-bath against colds please mix the essential oil with himmelgruen base oils. Mix 3 drops of oil for colds with one tablespoon of base oil and add to the bath-water. Have a short bath adding more warm water as you go along and then wrap up warm and rest "to stew". It's ideal for times of colds, as prevention and health treatment. Because of its pureness it's not suitable for use on babies or small children - please check with your doctor.
