Spelt-chaff that is twice dusted and cleaned. Spelt, the original grain of St. Hildegard von Bingen with the exceptional health effects. Especially recommended for: 

• tension in the throat/neck area, 
• backache and spinal problems; 
• for circulatory disturbances, 
• menstrual problems, 
• migraines, 
• sleeplessness,... and many more.

We recommend a size of at least 40x60 cm for a permanent pillow in order to guarantee the orthopaedic optimal position of the spine and therefore an ideal sleeping position. The spine can imbed itself optimally on the pillow, the spelt wonderfully adapts itself to any position and therefore offers a regenerating sleep. 
The compact consistency of the spelt-chaff is very hard-wearing and easy-care, offers a healthy support effect, encourages blood circulation and can wonderfully ease tenseness.

Our spelt cushions are produced manually in Austria considering the phases of the moon (has an influence on dryness and long-lastingness). It is also especially acceptable for allergy sufferers, pervious to air and offers a healthy sleeping climate without heat-obstruction.
Care-instructions: regularly air and shake up well. Protect from overheating and humidity.
